Hi all,

Just a quickie to let everyone know that I've given up trying to get the cold starting sorted on my ten year old Dobbie (possibly an injector or even compression problem apparently, but it has anyway cost a fortune over the past six months replacing plugs and routine wear and tear stuff) and so, after exhaustive research, and nearly going for a Dacia, and driving practically everything possible, I have replaced my old car with - another Doblo!

This time a second hand three (nearly) year old 1.6 Eleganza. It is a very different drive, but it is very comfortable, easy to get in and out of, and still feels like a Fiat. I'm beginning to like it a lot.

The Stop/Start seems to work, the Bluetooth is sorted and works, and the radio is very good. The adjustable steering makes for even greater comfort than before. Not sure about the economy yet, and it is bigger on the outside but not appreciably larger inside.

If anyone's interested I will be able to expand on my ownership in future, but in the meantime, thanks for all the help over the years with the old car, and wishing you all well with whatever problems occur. I'm sure I'll be getting my fair share, but not yet Oh Lord, not yet - I hope ;)
