got a 1.9 dobloe coming into the garage next week

It doesnt start - it will only start if you bleed the injectors - as soon as you turn it off it doesnt start again and the injectors need bleeding again

any ideas? They have hcanged the pump on top of the fuel filter & change lleak off pipe

any answers will be great
