Hi
Where are the Intake Air Temp Sensor and the Turbo Boost Sensor located. The car is flagging two codes related to these parts, code po 235 and po 095. Cant seem to find any engine layout that shows the positions of these sensors.
Thanks
Chas

Hi.
Further to my original question.
The problem with the car was a PO401 code, which made me change the MAP sensor. Didn't solve the problem according to Fiatecuscan. Problem popped up again after a few miles. So, took out the EGR valve and stripped it down. It was solid with greasy black soot. Cleaned everything up in parts washer and made sure it was nice and free, put all back together and re-installed back on car.
With the Fiatecuscan connected and tracking the two EGR entries, it works fine, gives readings of opening and closing and on/off, then, codes PO235 and PO095 come up. Turbo Boost Sensor and Intake Air Temp respectively. Cant clear these so turn engine off and I can clear them. Start back up and firstly get PO401 and then 095 and 235. I can clear the 401 code but not the other two. After checking through the sensor connectors I decided the replace the old MAP sensor to check if the problems were still there. Seems like it was the new MAP sensor that was giving the 235 and 095 codes because they are now gone. The new MAP sensor was bought from eBay and is not a genuine part.
However, the car still gives the original problem code,PO401.So it's back to square one 1.Now, I guess what I am asking is, am I missing something here or should I try another MAP sensor.

the boost sensor is located in the centre of the inlet manifold (at the rear of it ) need to remove and carefully clean this sensor, see the responce after cleaning.

Hi mate, may be some help,on the earlier JTD's the boost sensor was clipped onto a bracket top of gearbox, follow small pipes from turbo and airbox, should take you to it,easy to change, plug and 3 pipes. As you're getting air temp fault as well, have you checked MAF sensor. May not help if later jtd different, good luck,John.
