can anyone advise me on the sequence to remove a 1.9 jtd engine on an 02 doblo never worked on one of these before and since big end now gone i have no choice. lol

if you remove grill and bonnet and support the box thats how to start.

then remove starter and exhaust pipe from engine

drive shafts from gearbox

gearlinkage

battery

clutch actuator on box

all wire unplugged

engine mounts ( after supporting engine )

radiator and all pipes

if aircon get it sucked down a commpressor will need to move

probably forgot somethin but a good starter for 10

also you need engine lift and trolley jack
