NooB so be kind. Looked about for ages! This is my second doblo over 9 years the last one 1.2 was a great car wish the gearbox had not gave out!! So I have had this one for about 9 months 33k on the clock.

I have cleaned the EGR valve and MAP/MAF sensors and fitted a new air filter but the error keeps returning. I have blanked off the EGR valve now the car is running fine and was always running fine.

My problem is I want to replace the sensors but I am getting conflicting Info on what MAF sensor to fit. The one fitted is a:
Bosch
0 281 002 618
55 350 048

My problem is this the right part? When I look up online I am getting part number

Bosch
0 280 218 113

Also another comes up aswell

Are these parts interchangable? as there seems to be alot more of the others about and used on Alfas and Vhxhalls.

Also if someone has the Bosch MAP sensor part so I don't have to get it out again would be useful.

Why change parts if they dont need changed?
Best asking at dealership for correct part number, parts are often superseeded.

I believe p4041 is insufficient air flow in the EGR. Sounds about right from what you've written. Perhaps that needs replacing or the relevant code removing from the ecu if you've blanked it off permanently? I'd replace it personally, in fact I did as a result of this code last Christmas and the problem was solved for me. My EGR was visually ok but the electrics or sensor within were the problem.

Sorry T, I took ages to type. That too.

Doblo's dont like EGR blanked off, dont know why and must be in the programming. Could be why you cant use the swirl gasket on them.
