Hello All,

Just had my 1st ride out in my doblo sx jtd 1.9 2002

pulled of driveway and was hardly no pull at all, actually stalled due to lack of revs (had foot to floor)
Got onto main road areas and just wudnt pull, Scary coming onto roundabouts and artic lorrys coming at you at 40mph..

But i owend the van for last 2 weeks and had it parked up on drive,
Start van and again max revs 3000rpm, left it running and engine warms to 90degrees and booom revvs over 5000rpm

So finally after 10mins of slow driving max out at 35mph (getting over taken by everything)
once engine gets warm its off like hell, Went on country road hits 60-70easy
Ive noticed it chucks of lots of black smoke heavily when pulling away when its running properly..

This cant be normal, The last week when i noticed the problem on drive i had taken egr valve off stripped and cleaned it. fitted it back on and seemed ok

on tonights drive i went to petrol station and filled up.. Opened the tank and TUUUSSSHHH sound, like it was under pressure ( is this a other problem )

so if anyone has any idea why its doing this or any advice ill be more than gratefull as i want to get it sorted..

I was thinking maybe, fuel, oil and air filter maybe neeeded

first thing to do is to change fuel filter might be gunged up some people run doblos on bio so filters get blocked
