Technical Doblo wheel bearing change

Having read this thread i decided to have a bash (litrally) at my 2003 1.9 JTD n/s/f wheelbearing........ Not a straight forward event. Victory was only achieved after wholely removing hub from car & engaging a 20 ton press. Wasn't impressed.
The only useful insight i shall impart to anyone toying with idea of doing this, is that there is a large circlip inside the outer hub holding the outer edge of the bearing (new clip supplied in kit i bought). Therefore you need to press out the inner splined drive stub axel from the middle of the bearing first, thus allowing you to access circlip & then press out outer bearing race from hub. Assembly is then logically the reverse sequence.
My problem was the inner bearing wouldn't come off splined centre hub & required cutting disc/grinding off. This also proved a tight fit in new assembly & supporting the inside bearing whilst pressing unit back in the middle was an act only an octopus could achieve.
Other people may have different experiences, I'm just relaying mine.
So, it can be done, but be prepared!
