hi, my 2002 dobbie had a fault where the indicator used to flash across the rear light, when i dismantled it, i found the black earth terminal connection had almost corroded away, so to do a good bodge repair, i drilled through the metal back plate, then attached a new earth wire with a self tapping screw, it worked a treat, and now its fine, i'm chuffed as my local garage had said i would definatly need a whole new unit, they are a bit tricky to dismantle, but, and you need one of them star fittings to take it off
