Didnt get a chance to check today but what way are the belts placed in a 1.3 doblo.See 2 belts when I look in the engine bay.Is the altenator and power steering powered seperately and if so which belt is on the outer side and which one engine side.At a brief glance the inner belt is starting to crack, must replace it.I presume its the aux belt and is it hard to replace?

Anyone?Havnt had the chance to remove the undertray and check yet.Is the timing chain covered by a plastic shield like on most vehicles and not one of the two outer belts than i can see.

Thats the thing I can see 2 belts from the engine bay and if I remove the wheel.Hope thats not a cambelt I can see on the inner, its not to healthy looking. Will try take off the undertray tmorrow but not to easy when its on a stone driveway,no pit or lift at home. Will see what drives what then but would be helpfull to know incase I dont get a chance.

Must try and get a service or workshop manual somewhere. Are the ones on ebay any good.I reckon if Haynes brought one out it would sell well.Seems like alot of vehicles running the same engine.

Its a 07 1.3 multijet sx cargo. The bog standard 75 bhp.Any info would be great.

Thanks for the links and replies.Busy for the last couple of days so didnt get a chance to investigate more.Weather permitting will do a few bits tomorrow, maybe egr valve???Not as worried so much about the belts as I have read a couple of articles about the topic and small cracks on the v side of the belt are a common thing.Once they dont appear every 3mm all around the belt or on the flat backside of the belt you should be ok for a while.Saying that I am still going to change it in the near future.Anyone have a go at it on a 1.3 multijet?

Doblo 1.3MJ has a timing chain (at least mine does) so can't be a timing belt. Just a guess but could it be an auxiliary drive belt for air con and water pump, plus the alternator belt?

Power steering runs of a long single belt and the rest of the other one.Thought they would all run of just one belt but must be wrong.Didnt investigate into it as I was trying to sort out other bits and pieces, other thread, bloody nightmare.
