im going to have a look at this van tomorrow with a view to buying it
anything i need to look out for
as far as i know its 1.3 multi jet 6 speed gearbox
i previously had a 1.9 diesel one that was as dead as a dodo and towards the end it gave a few problems
i then changed to an opel combi 1.3 t diesel timing chain broke in it last week
so need a new one

Listen to the engine with clutch in and out, if it sounds like a bag of nails with clutch out then dual mass flywheel has gone. Check smoothness of drive on and off throttle in first/second.

yeah stay away from dpf cars

Is it 6 speed duallogic gearbox? I've heard a few complaints about these.

dpf isn't too much of an issue. It can easily be mapped out of the software & the dpf removed, gutted or whatever with much hassle.

A good remapper will be able to sort the software side out & if he's not after ripping you off he won't charge you a fortune for the removal as iot doesn't take that much longer to do over a normal remap.

I've heard of other tuners charging an extra £150 to remove the dpf software during a remap which to me is daylight robbery!
