Did a check on my doblo 1.9 jtd glow plugs as the warning light has been blinking a lot lately and found out no. 3 plug wasn't working. So my mechanic tried to unscrew it but found it getting tighter as he was unscrewing it half way. It was then jammed half way. He dared not try to unscrew it further fearing it might break the glow plug. Any one out dare has any idea how to proceed to take the glow plug out with this scenario.

first of all spray with alloy wheel cleaner then repeat with over a few hours this takes any corrosion away. then spray with good thick easing oil repeat a few hours later.undo plug 1.4 turn at a time turning wrench back and forward eventually you will get it out

Be VERY CAREFUL. These are notoriously difficult and if it snaps a repair is quite time consuming, therefore pricy.
