I have a 2005 Doblo Family 1.9JTD that's covered 52,000 miles. When should I be changing the timing belt, either through age or mileage? Should I have the belt pulley's done at the same time? What sort of cost should I expect from my local independent garage for this?

my 07 plate taxi manual recomended 72000 miles,i had it changed at 71000,the cost icluding any pulleys was £260,i know a couple of other cabbies who went slightly over the 72000 and ended up with an £1800 bill
