Hi people, need your help with a problem on my March '02 plate 1.9JTD ELX Doblo.

Probelm is with the front wipers.

[a] Flick wiper stalk up to single wipe:
They will work but wont park properly and stop on screen where you turn switch off.
Flick wiper stalk one notch down to intermittent:
They wont work at all.
[c] Flick wiper stalk two notches down to normal wipe speed:
They wont work at all.
[d] Flick wiper stalk down three notches to fast wipe speed:
They will work normally but wont park properly and stop on screen where you turn switch off.

Looked at the forum and there seems lots about grease on wiper motor terminals, but I think that may answer my issue with and [c], but does not explain the "not parking at the bottom of the windscreen issue with [a] and [d].

Can anyone suggest anything?

I think you will find they are all related . I had the same on my 02 stilo when it was new . There was a warranty code for it at the time . Puntos were also affected, I guess doblos too. A trip to an established dealer who has seen the problem before could be your best bet this weather?
