Hi There, Ive just had my car serviced and Im now miles from home as Im away working for two weeks. The service light comes on still after the service was done. Is there a way I can reset it?

Hi Will,

Turn on the ignition and the headlights. Release the handbrake, then while indicating right, pressing the trip button and beep the horn 5 times while saying 'Dobbly resettium'.

I've tried this a number of times but still not work!!!!!!!!!!! are you sure its five beeps????

Are you pronouncing 'Dobbly resettium' correctly and loud enough?

Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) - it stops the black smoke coming out of the exhaust into the air we breathe - and after a while a gizmo operates and sets this carbon on fire at up to 600 degrees - a process called regeneration.
