Is there anyone who could possibly shed any light on this problem?

Vehicle starts up then cuts out straight away whether hot or cold.
This problem plus others has been on going for about 8mths. We
have had loads of work done on it as well as loads of cash spent trying
to fix it but to no avail!! Here's a bit of a list of the parts fitted.

Fuel pump(lucas)
Crank sensor
Fuel cleaning treatment x2
Air flow sensor
Accelerator pedal(electronic)
Fuel filter(fitted this morning 22/11)

I did notice that when i removed the old filter it appeared not to be
full to the top is this normal? Is there some sort of fuel priming pump
on the vehicle?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as you could imagine. Think we
are 1 step away from scrapping it!!!!!
