I notice our doblo has an "empty" light fitting just below the sidlight next to the indicator. There is no bulb holder fitter to this section of the front light either side.
What was it for and has anyone fitted a bulb for running lights?

I have just done this on my 2007 facelift Doblo Cargo. You will need to find a higher spec model than yours with the same fuelled engine (If you have a diesel then you need a higher spec diesel model) You need the central dashboard switch assembly for the fog light button, you also need the engine bay fusebox complete with all the relays and fuses, and of course the foglights and grilles. The loom from the body computer to the switch and fusebox is already there. The loom from the fusebox to where front fog lights are is already present The base model has a different fusebox with the F30 15 amp fuse, the R14 foglight relay and the power connection between the F30 fuse and the F1 70 amp fuse missing. Unfortunately it is not possible to retro fit the missing fuse and relay as there are no integral contacts to fit them into. The fusebox is a multi layered affair so forget trying to cobble the missing power connection. So from the donor vehicle fit the front foglights and grilles, dashboard switch assembly, and the engine bay fusebox, and you will have OEM front foglights. The green lamp will illuminate on the bottom left of the instrument panel when they are on. If you switch the dipped main beam off, they will automatically go off, just like it should have done from the factory.
