Just had to have (after failing its MOT) two new front lower suspension arms fitted. Both sides suffered the same problem- front bushes worn out. Anyone else had this? Slightly miffed you cant just buy the two bushes and have to buy the complete arms. Other than that, having now had the car 12 months its been brilliant! Bar the wiper linkage failing on me the other night! Fortunately I'd actually just gotten off snake pass in the Peak district and pulled over in Glossop to see what I could do. Having butchered the linkage so it'd work on the motorway for the rest of my trip home (12:30 at night this...) I have now just bought two 6mm female rose joints with a view to making my own linkage. Which I have pinched off this forum!(y)

Just had both arms replaced on Mrs_G's Cargo at approx 340,000 miles. There was some movement in one of the ball joints so it seemed sensible to replace both sides as they are both original units.

The garage were supplied with the wrong versions to start with but luckily they noticed and ordered the heavy duty ones for the cargo.

Wiper Mech: Mrs_G is on her third mechanism. I put it down to poor materials - my van has a very similar mechanism and is still original at 370,000 miles.
