glow plugs

can anyone tell me the procedure or tools to take out old glow plug on doblo

I would recommend you let a garage take them out. 3 & 4 are ok to remove but 1 & 2 (especially 1) are gits!

And how better to discourage the DiY motorist?
I used to own a UNO & that was the same, had to drop the rad to get the glowplugs out.
It's almost as if they are designed like this on purpose.
A neighbour's son had to dismantle the front end of his car just to replace a headlight bulb.
Won't be long before the only way to do any work will involve unbolting the engine & dropping it right out.
