1.9 110kw doesnt start

engine would shut off while driving, replaced fuel pump and now it doesnt even start

i reinstalled the old pump and still doesnt start

no errors, enough diesel inside, it cranks normaly, fuel pressure starts at around 15bar while crankng and drops to 4bar

removed fuel pipe that goes to flter
turned key - diesel came out

engine runs on spray, but turns off when i stop spraying

No fuel pressure.Need at least 200 bar to fire up.

changed fuel pressure regulator and still doesnt start

so next step

will a 1.9 88kw pump work on 1.9 110kw?

The Fuel Pressure Regulator limits* /regulates the fuel pressure at the ideal operating pressure. You appear to be suffering from LOW pressure so you should be looking at any blockage from fuel pump to fuel rail or a faulty fuel pump.

fuel pump was changed and car now doesnt even start, even with the old one back in

I think you have already covered these points but just in case:

Can not say for sure but I thing you will have TWO fuel pumps. Electric in-tank pickup/feeder bump that supplies the mechanical high pressure fuel pump.

Also check the electric fuel pump safety cut-out switch has not tripped.
