You would only need to use these adjustments if you've removed an original Connect Nav+ from the car.

With a CN+ fitted the adjustments are all carried out from it, rather than the dashboard menu.

this is body ecu, not radio

i wonder what do these commands do

All of the functions in the MES list you posted are controlled by the body computer, but if the car doesn't have a CN+, the functions are set via the dashboard menu. If the car does have a CN+, then they are set via menus in the CN+, and are not available to set via the dashboard menu because it would only have the short menu.

If the car did have a CN+, but it was removed (e.g. to fit an aftermarket radio), you wouldn't be able to set any of the functions on the list. Yani added the adjustments section to MES purely so that the settings could be adjusted if a CN+ was removed.

Most of the settings on the list are self explanatory.
Doors auto lock is to switch on auto locking once vehicle speed reaches 15 kph.
Driver door unlock enables you to unlock all doors and the boot with the remote control or just the driver's door.
Autoclose/CID is only used if you have the "Easy Go" keyless entry system.
