I apologize in advance for translation from Google.

I have a problem at Croma with a remote control. Remote control stops working when you turn off LEDs "on, off, start" to the switching cabinet.
Normally, the remote control works as soon as I open the door, for example, I light a lamp and ignition lights so it works well for both keys.
I note key internal battery replaced, the battery voltage is 12.6V.
The voltage at the fuse F23 is present. Central locking work normally.
I have the knowledge. Yesterday I broke down completely switch box after an hour of back and put the remote control worked well even when switched off The LED on the switch box.
Unfortunately, the morning the car was not unlock through remote control.
I am baffled service diagnostics Fiat does not report any error code to the ECU.
Please advise me. Does anyone have the same problem "remote control does not work?

Thank you.;)

Hi,
I don't fully understand your problem, but it sounds like you have an aftermarket alarm fitted. I think this because you say the battery voltage is 12.6V but the normal Crome remote uses 3V lithium coin cells. Languge may be a problem as "Remote control stops working when you turn off LEDs "on, off, start" to the switching cabinet." makes no sense to me.

I wrote it wrong battery cell in key gives 3V battery voltage is 12.6V in a car. Alarms are installed in is not.
Remote control functions normally. LED turns off when the ignition switch on the remote control does not work. I see it a problem in the ignition.
According to me the switchbox have permanent tension even when locked car to receive the signal from the key.
She has a constant voltage, but does not respond.
You could simply open the door (at the lights on the switch box "on, off, start") and everything is OK again.
After the 30s again is remote dead.
then again I open the boot and everything is fine. 30s doing nothing and remote again with the dead ....
Do you understand me? Use Google tranalte, sorry.

Hi, this post is not easy to understand so we can only read between the lines to try and help you.
I will explain a view points that can sound a little crazy as I have tried to outline before in another thread.
First thing is modern cars will experience more unusual electrical problems since the introduction of Canbus which operates via a BCM (Body Control Modular).
Modern cars are very voltage sensitive on both the high voltage and the low voltage side.
Changing key fob batteries must be carried out wearing rubber gloves as you can not only short out the battery discharging it with your skin but also destroy a key fob/security code.
Jump leads from one vehicle to another can also damage the ECU memory that operates the BCM.
Other things effecting key fobs and ECU memory are remote up and over garage doors and remote opening drive way gates to name a few.
Batteries seem to be the most important part of the modern car and experienced vehicle technicians know even batteries that seem good often are not.
I have recently changed a battery less than a year old on a BMW 4x4.
My auto mechanic friend ruled out battery on his Audi as a fault until I said I would pay for the new one if it did not resolve his electrical problems. His car is now perfect after changing the car battery.
I can only tell you guys to resolve electrical problems on modern car the first thing you do is fit a new branded car battery and key fob batteries wearing gloves.
Mercedes Benz, BMW and Audi dealers always replace batteries as this is the heart of a modern car running on Canbus. Mercedes Benz owners I know change there batteries every year.
Sounds crazy but it is true batteries are 90% of starting, security and electrical problems on modern cars.
I have changed two batteries recently on fiats that seemed good to resolve their electrical problems.
Most cars now only have one working key fob the spare only gets you into the car.
I posted this thread after the added thread above. it now sounds like key fob problems changing batteries or faulty micro switch in the fob it's self.
Comments or feedback welcome.

I'll try to do the video for accurately understand my problem.
The car has CAN-bus but I think the problem is in bodycomputer or ignition device.
remote is ok, but when I lock the car with the remote in a few minutes remote is dead.
I make video soon, for understanding.
