2.4 jtd driveshaft compatilibility

so i sold driveshaft from 2006 2.4 jtd automatic croma, buyer has same car 2006 2.4 jtd automatic

he calls me next day and says it doesnt fit, when i asked him what doesnt fit he couldnt explain

called fiat and they said it should fit, but what are the chances that it actually doesnt fit to same exact car with same engine and gearbox?

According to ePer there is only one outer shaft part (same both sides) 51739263, 1 inner LH 46308082 and 1 inner RH 51742368 for the 2.4 20V car. Ask the buyer to send you photos of the bit that is different.

Thought it might be a try-on.
There is only ONE configuration for the 2.4 20V Fiat sell the shafts in two parts, inner and outer (plus boot, grease & clip for the tulip joint). There is one outer shaft part number, it's the same both sides and two inner part numbers one for left, one for right. The are no variations for LHD/RHD etc.
