I have a croma 1.9jtd, 16v year 2006, but I also have a problem, when I switch the air cond air flow direction from external to internal, I receive a continuously noise tak tak tak for approximately 10sec.
Please could anybody help me about this ....

The deflector flap is jammed. The ticking noise is the drive slipping. I don't know exactly were the flap is, but you might be able to see it throught the cabin/pollen filter housing. This is under the plastic trim between the windscreen and engine compartment. If you look there is a section that is separate. It's held by push studs. These have a slot in the head. To remove them use a small coin and turn it 90 degrees. Don't press down, turning the head causes the center to pop up so you can grab it and pull it up. you remove the pollen filter by unclipping the outer edge of plastic clips over the top corners. It the pollen filte is missing something could have fllen in and jammed the flap. If you can't see it from there it could be hard to get to.
