Hey Guys!
i am a new user of this forum! i really like that, it's very cool and helpfull...:)

i'm italian, than sorry for my english!

i have buy some years ago my fiat croma multijet, 1.9 150cv... i really love this car, but i have a problem...

the car mount the original parking assist system but it's not working... i have one of the 4 sensor broked i think, becouse it's inside of the bumper (buy in this conditions)...

but the strange thing is that i have no error, no signal, no error code on the board computer... some idea? :worship:

It is possible that the previous owner has disabled the parking assist to stop it alarming in reverse. This should be done using an OBD interface and software, but they may have done something else. First thing you need to do is get some diagnostic software and an OBD interface lead. Multiecuscan or AlfaOBD are both good software and both have demo versions you can try. For a lead I use an ELM327 bought on ebay, but many of these have a design fault that requires removal of a resistor to work properly. A USB lead is recommended over a Bluetooth. You need a laptop to run the software but a cheap old one running windows XP is fine.
With the software you can see what is going on.
