Hi, Welcome to the world of Croma.
Sorry for the late response, I was hoping someone more local to you would come up with an independent supplier.
You can't order a key based just on the VIN. The car also has to be programmed to accept the new key. You need the CODE number supplied with the car. There should be a credit card sized card with this number on it supplied with the vehicle. If you don't have this, a dealer can supply a replacement at a cost. You can then order a a key and your car it programmed by a dealer, independant garage or locksmith. You can do it yourself with AlfaOBD and a EOBD (OBDII in USA) interface. There is a possibility of messing up the vehicle though. If you do do it yourself, use a wired interface, not Bluetooth.
It migh be worth posting your question on a general forum to see if anyone has used a indepenent on Sicily of new keys.
