I'm sorry to trouble you all for advice again but being me I had to ask. In a previous thread of mine "Dave" mentioned having the software to delete the croma dpf. I'm looking to get this done but all the quotes I've had have either been £200+ or by someone who doesn't know what a croma is! Can anyone shed some light on where I can get the software/hardware and the map required please?
Are there any members who have the tools and knowledge to consider having a go at it?
I'm happy to pay to have it done but after being on the phone most of the day asking for a dpf delete and then being asked if the car is petrol or diesel I feel like I'm missing something.
If anything surely there's enough of us on here with potential issues to pool together and get the correctly tested maps/software/hardware sorted and work together without paying what seems like an extortionate rate to people with no knowledge of our actual cars?
