£20? The heated mirror glass was over £60 last time I looked.
Ah, my memory is definitely not what it was so I looked out the invoice. Part number for the driver's side was 71741315 and the price was £24.66 + VAT so under £30, not under £20 - sorry.
As for your other codes, reseating the throttle multiplug may help. 'Excessive EGR' warnings can be related to the Mass Airflow meter (MAF) so further invest may be required. Sounds like the control side of things has a problem - just got to find it
DPF regeneration can cause a 'rumble' from the rear of the car but you shouldn't notice this while driving at speed, and the regen should have completed after ten minutes or so.
If your EGR valve is stuck open then this can cause some of the symptoms you are describing but you should also have the yellow light on and have a 'check engine' caption. If the car has gone into 'limp home' mode you will have very limited acceleration.. Does the acceleration improve once the codes have been reset, and how long does it take for the codes to return?
As for code readers, there are plenty out there. I use a Scangauge which I got some time ago but everyone seems to have their favourites.
