Hi everyone, new to site, am seeking advice for my recently purchased love of my life, 1 very clean (poor paint job in places) sprint blue coupe 20v turbo. Brake judder is my only problem, i have checked front brake disc conditon & due to wear & warping i know that this is the problem part, however am unsure, as there seems to be confliction between owners, the best option for replacement. Price is not really the issue, just am looking for the best there is, hopefully with the added benefit of improved braking performance. Havin driven a number of coupes in the past i know they are highly rated on engine performance but not so for the stopping power, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Hope to hear from you soon, looking forward to chatting & learning all. :worship:

Hiya, there's a group buy ongoing in the group buy section on FCCUK for 3G discs, these are very popular as they are resistant to warping and Give good feel. You can go for the kangaroo discs now too which Nigel is having good results with. The coupe has a problem with ventilation to the front discs and this causes the warping.
If you have really deep pockets, check out the TAROX 300mm rear disc conversion (y) I'll be going for 3G disc and Pagid pads all round before mine gets back on the road.

You'll like them, they are good (y)
For those that don't understand the reference to Nigel in pinin's post - he is a FCCUK member who has a habit of getting through brakes quite a lot...
