Dump valve.

Can anyone tell me where the dump valve is on 20v turbo, and where to find it. Also trying to check for leaking hoses but the lower ones are hard to get to. Any tips or procedure. Cheers.

Your dump valve (if you are running a stock induction route) will be located as follows in the picture below:



If it is the standard DV, then it will be a small, black, plastic, Bosch branded effort and it will be connected directly to where the relevant red arrow is pointing.

It is a bit of a pain to get top everything on a 20vT (as you will no doubt find out!), but a bit of perserverence will pay off!

Hi Adam I'll try and get a pic for you after from under the bonnet if that will help.
Someone may have changed the original fiat clips with normal jubilee clips as the fiat OE have to be broken off, maybe someone has done this and not positioned/tightened correctly.
