 hey guy n girls ne one got a diagram or can tell me in detail how 2 fit a dump valve 2 this beast as im bit un sure??oh and where is best place 2 get a fitting kit only from,as i have got the valve?? (y)

Assuming you have the standard, black plastic Bosch dump valve fitted, firstly remove the dump valve. Note that there are 3 connections to it:
- The high pressure side, which is the pipe between the intercooler and the throttle. This is where the air is dumped from.
- The low pressure side, which is the pipe between the air intake and the turbo. This is where the air is dumped to, as this is a recirculating valve.
- The control side, which is the narrow pipe that controls when the dump valve opens.

Your dump valve is a dump to air type (I think), so you only have 2 connections. The large connection connects to the high pressure side. The small connection connects to the control side. Then, because you are dumping to air, rather than back in to the intake side of the turbo, you have to blank off the unconnected hole. You can do this by any means you wish. I believe that some people have used a sawn off bit of broom handle, with a jubilee clip. I believe that a fitting kit includes some sort of blanking plate. I don't know though, as I don't have one. Be careful not to use anything that can get sucked in, as if it is, it'll be sucked into your turbo, which would be a bad thing.
