Best watch my tongue then! When you said "coupe mod", I thought you had modd'd your coupe, so dissappointed.
What's your thoughts on coop ownership so far, sammi? Be honest: Good bits eg. fast, looks "nice", and bad points: crap horn, bit wallowy round corners etc. Just be interesting to hear your point of view, as wev'e both got near identical coops

i took sammis coupe down some twisty country roads found it good on corners you must be using the wrong gear

mmm It's probably the fact as my front tyres are really on their last (rubber) legs! all the same, The standard Coop Is nothing amazing when It comes to tackling corners. Nothing a strut brace and some Nice suspension parts can't sort out tho... Just the fact as Im currently unemployed preventing me from buying such luxuries!!
maybe need wishbone rubbers done ?

best bits are its a gorgeous - nice handling, nice interior, fast!!!!! the list is endless....
bad bits are mainly fuel - wow it drinks it like its a never ending supply
yes the horn is quite crappy, the seats were huting my back a bit but i gotta get used to them like i did with the bravo coz my back was sore when i got the bravo and then got used to them and were mega comfy - got a pro-lasped disc in my spine due to an RTA

No I mean the positioning, Just two little thumb sized tabs on the wheel. I find myself wanting to "toot" friends/birds etc in town and instead simply press the wheel. By the time I have learnt where to press I look up and realise I am about to run over a pedestrian!!
As for fuel Sammi, Youv'e been a naughty girl haven't you, Letting that naughty turbo spool up and making your wallet light!
After about a month, when you calm down a bit, You should realise that as long as you don't let the revs go above 3k, You can get 400 miles from a full tank. This is what I was getting on the drive to and from work, Before I quit!!

You can actually watch the fuel gauge decrease almost as fast as the Speedo Increasing!!
I was averaging around 14mpg in my first coop, When I complained to the garage his reply was A: I was "irresponsible and B: "I shouldn't have bought a sport's car If I was worried about MPG.
In the end I Proved It was the car He had sold me that was fccuked, And he gave me all of my money back. Gimp

Sammi - if your horn sounds 'weedy' are you sure that both horns are working properly?
When I got mine only the high tone was working
Got a FIAMM twin horn set (with red bits on it) from Halfrauds for £15 and it's exactly the same horns that Fiat dealer wanted £45+VAT for!
Now horn sounds pretty good.

yeah i think thats something i need to check, coz only one horn was working on the bravo and didnt realise until the other died - then put twin standards and twin air horns on :devil:
