| best way to take a coop 20vt engine out well im afraid a mate of mine is a little stuck he needs to know how to get a 20vt out of a coop and also the box too aswell as the wiring loom. also could any coop owners be so kind as to measure the lengh of their dashboards aswell as the depth and width. many thanks in advance for the troubles mick

FASTER!!! | Re: best way to take a coop 20vt engine out lol as for removing the engine - undo all pipework remove exhaust (downpipe atleast) unbolt driveshafts unbolt gearbox mount unbolt/remove subframe disconnect all the loom then get a big ass engine crane and lower it obviouslt i ommited the tiny bits that should be obvious for removal but its not too bad, i cant really give you a timescale as i took the head off before i dropped the engine so took longer but i've heard recently it took someone 8 hours, personally i think it could be done in less Ry | ||
