Newbie with a 20v Coupe..........

Hello all,

Ive just heard about this site from my brother so i thought id join ! This is my first fiat so i dont know alot about them. I bought my coupe off his recomendation as he had owned a 16v coupe before, ive had it just over a week, low miles, low owners, cambelt done at 65k as ive heard that the 20v's belts need to changed. Can anyone tell me what boost the 20v's run safely at, and what uprated clutch to buy as i shall be upping the power when i know what i can run safely. On a whole im very happy with the car bar a couple of niggling little things ie the resistor that sits above the rad fan, it stopped the fan from not working(replaced that and now all is well), sunroof doesnt work but ive been told that the relay has packed up.

Guess its the 20vt when your asking about boost... not the 20v na. 20vt (turbo) 20v (normally aspirated)

Stnd boost is 1 bar with 1.2 bar overboost.

Yes, that is a 20vt - didn't make the other models in sprint blue in 1997-98 (R reg)

As Alaina says, join the coupe forum and check the oil weekly
