angled wheel

this is a weird one so hence it may apear rather vague!

whilst inspecting my car the other day, my manager, who is a rally enthusiast noticed that the passenger side rear wheel was slightly pointing inwards as if the whell is bent! it is bending in from towards the arch at the top! i noticed a little while ago that the car seemed to riding a bit low on the DRIVERS side, which i have established my self is due to the spring being ruined at the back, the same problem as i had with both front springs earlier this year, but they are all being replaced with a new set of lowering springs in the next few days, but i am at a loss and rather concerned as to what the hell is up with the rear wheel!!!???
