Anyone fancy a convoy who is coming to gaydon. once i get an idea who is interested we can work out times and meeting points.

But you're not coming from the North West.

Is my route anywhere near yours then Sammi. Also surely somebody else is coming north east way, from say Newcastle/Middlesborough etc, via A19? As A19 is very very close to me and your only route to the motorways no?

Yes, but the Midlands is quite a big area...
From where sammi and I are coming from, we only join the M6 off the M54. From that point onwards, the only motorway services (where you might meet up) are at Warwick, and you're practically at Gaydon then, so might as well just go straight there.

SkinzCinqSporting, your route only coincides with ours from the M40 onwards, by which time you're so close you might as well just go straight there.

yes but we could meet somewhere between. its just easier to get people in there in groups rather than dribs and drabs. Me and Gaz covoyed for brooklands last year!

Well this our route according to the AA website but the satnav may find a quicker/shorter route so would have to put the meeting point as a stop-off to be guaranteed to go that way.

Kirsty, do you and frank want to meet somewhere on the M1 so I have somebody to drive with? First services we both reach are Woodall according to that.

i dont see why not but you may want to speak to frank later on msn so you can swap mobile numbers etc. im hoping the sat nav takes the same route as the aa so we can just meet there. he will be in from work about 9pm. so can quickly sort things out before an early night
