Hi Folks

Please use this area for plans on convoys, I wont be doing one as I like to make a day of the travelling and do stop offs...but please feel free to post your own plans here..and NO SPAM PLEASE WE ARE BRITISH

Ok, my convoy-

joecinq- going from dartford to skegness leaving around 9/10AM. Hoping to reach there 12/1PM.

Not sure if I pass anyone (?)

I presume I will be passing you at some point - I will head out towards Kettering, then Stamford, Boston, etc - will you be coming up the A1, Joe?

Northern/ Scottish folks

Unless I have to skip down to Manchester, I'll be joining any northern convoy at Scotch Corner at whatever time they decree, probably some silly time like 11am.

I'll be going from Lichfield to Skegness along some roads (not yet planned

)

But will flash at random fiats on the way.

Let me know if theres a convoy any where in my direction and i'll hide at the back

if i am in a convoy, i will ALWAYS be at the back, because of the fuel injection problem my car will only be doing 50-60 mph (unless i am going down hill

).

I have consulted mrmap and i'm going a really rubbish route it seems. A38, A50, A52, A1, A52

Would be really helpful if you didn't get lost in Derby (or was it Nottingham?) like I did though.

Shall I bring a tow rope, or do you want to leave your car at Scotch Corner and go about twice that?
