Southen M40 Convoy Details - Gaydon

If your coming up the M40 from the south to get to Gaydon and want to join a convoy then this is the one for you.

Its mainly for standees as we need to get there very early (about an hour before joe public are allowed in) but anyone can come and join in (even other clubs of course!)

The details at the moment (ill edit them if anything changes) are that you need to be at junction 8A services on the M40 at 7:45am on the sunday morning. we will be leaving the services in convoy at around 8.00am to head for Gaydon which is approximatly 30-45mins drive away up the M40. This will get us there at the time we need to get the cars in place before the public come in (although if Stanford is anything to go by, we will re arrange the stand throughout the day a few times ).

other convoys should be arranged from specific areas in the south and to finaly meet up at 8A for the final stretch. btw. If your not on a stand, im pretty sure you will be allowed in a bit earlier as at Stanford (also run by autoitalia), you wernt asked at the door who you were with (atleast we wernt anyway). Dont hold me to it though

junction 8A is the first services from the m25 on the M40. ideal

ill be joining the m40 at junction 8a as well
