Convoys to Minehead - from Northampton way ;)

Ok, getting close now, so maybe time to think about convoying down there, and arrangements to meet up beforehand, etc.

I am coming from Northampton, so will probably go A43, M40 one junction, then A34 past Oxford towards Newbury, go west on M4, then hit the M5 towards Bridgwater.

What time also are people intending to arrive - check in per our booking form is 4pm BUT you can get on resort from noon ish, so I may be leaving just after 9am possibly.

im hoping to get there around check in time - im always too early and get bored waiting for everyone lol

ps are we gonna get food when we get there or are you bringing alcohol and food in advance?

this isn't how you do a convoy thread, read the sticky or all the convoys from diffrent places end up in same thread and people dunno if they coming or going

I will be leaving from travelodge Stonehouse Hotel (GL10 3SQ)

Aim to get there at checkin time. Will be going via a tesco to stock up on essentials

am gonna aim to be minehead way for 1ish probably, go do some shopping etc

Also dont want a speeding ticket from this weekender like last year

suggest you all meet at Gordano services J19 M5, then its just under 60 miles from there

that should cover pretty much everyone one coming down as well as across the country, just not people coming up (if any)
