Hi from deepest SE Ireland! I can't open the eLEARN modules. I downloaded WinRAR to open the compressed files on eLEARN and now have .iso files. I don't know how to open these,don't have anyone locally to ask how.

Thanks in advance for any help, which needs to be easy for a computer illiterate OAP like me ,to follow.

You should only have one .iso file and you don't open it. The .iso file is an image file which you use to burn a disc.

This, or alteratively use something like Daemon Tools to "mount" the image as a virtual CD-ROM drive.

My personal preference is Virtual CloneDrive, it's free so no ad's to purchase or cut down features

As he says. Note, though, that you don't burn the .iso to disk (or you'll just end up with a CD with a .iso file on it) the .iso becomes the disk. In your burning application there should be something like "burn image" (the image being the .iso file).

Should be a fair few trial or free or shareware apps to do it.

I burned the .iso file to a cdr but couldn't open it either

I did as suggested, got some free software and managed to burn the image to a cdr -- SUCCESS . I've managed to access Fiat's eLEARN and got the information I needed . If you knew how much I needed this information, you'd know how grateful I am for your help, thanks v.v.v.much.

I've always opened iso files with winrar, no burning to disc.
