Anyone else use it? I downloaded it about a week ago and it seems good. Definitely faster than I.E. and Firefox and less prone to getting bloated. I find that the longer I use I.E. and Firefox (without shutting down the computer) the more they seem to get clogged up, run slower and eventually start producing errors. That doesn't seem to be the issue with Chrome so it's getting a thumbs up from me.

Just wondering if anyone else is using it and whether they are finding it a good browser?

I've been using it since the beta first got released. It was on and off at first and took a bit of getting used to the format of it.

I use it on both my netbook and desktop because it is clearly faster, and on the netbook gives the most vertical browsing space of any browser.

Just started using it this week for the same reasons, faster than IE and more space on netbook. Seems to be pretty good, no problems so far. Some pretty neat touches too.

I don't even know what google toolbar does, but I'll bet it's obsolete since you can use the address bar to search using a search engine of your choice (default is google of course). The superbar as they call it works quite well even if it does take a little getting used to.

Team that with the most visited pages which you can now pin, and bookmark links under the address bar it works quite fluently.

I use Google Bookmarks, which means they travel around with me when I use various PCs. It isn't obsolete.

Been using chrome for some time now, and find it to be the fastest browser of the lot, though lately chrome on my laptop, which i use the most out of all my computers, is forever crashing  thankfully it manages to restore my tabs.

In all though a very good browser (y)

btw loving that thread above - if browsers were women (y)

I'm still using and liking Chrome (y)

Only issues I have with it are that when viewing a large internet page, such as Ebay, if you are half way down the page, then click a link and then click the back button it doesn't return you to the same place but instead returns you to the top of the page.

Also, when 'enlarging' pictures (the pics at the top left of the listing) on Ebay and a couple of other sites you can't copy them with right click. It tries to, but just ends up trying to copy the html page instead  This is weird, because Internet Explorer works fine for copying Ebay pics.

Otherwise, apart from the odd crash which it always manages to restore itself from it's a good browser (y)

I tried it for a week before I returned back to Firefox, until it gets add-on/plugin support, I won't be going back to it!

Same for Opera tbh. :)

Tried IE firefox and Chrome, have to say Chrome is much better then either of the others although I too had to run IE to copy some ebay pics. Firefox actually slowed my laptop and kept freezing it as it was continuously downloading links to the next pages ironically to try and make itself faster. 99.9% of use is now chrome with remainder in IE by necessity.

This, I also started installing it on friends and relatives PCs I refuse to use any other browser now, gotten so used to Chrome browsing the internet just doesn't feel the same. I never had one problem with it unlike other browsers :slayer:

True, but back when I first switched to Chrome on my netbook Firefox tabs weren't integrated into the title bar so the difference was note worthy. It is also still infinitely faster but you do occasionally find sites that don't have some content supported by Chrome.
