Hmmm, when I moved out of that house in Moulton - so Nov 2006...

I am now in a cable area, I have a BT box but it is disconnected.

i cant find a contact for any tech support at their end, so Ive emailed one of the yards asking for one. its got to be there end hasn't it?

i found them a faster proxy to use now so they doing it through that ATM
was using youhide slow as hell
now proxybutt or something like that an it bit faster

The only thing I can think of is that they have had rouge bidders and they have blocked the IP's, not realising some people still use USB modems etc and changes IP everytime they connect.

Do they have a router or a USB *crappy* modem Dave?

it had both wires iirc, i think i use lan cable to conect it, but might have used the usb one

i tried with an with out fire wall, get the standard IE error message saying you might not be conected to the net and so on

its just a bog standard modem from plus net a usb thing,
they want wireless in the tea room ready for winter because it blooming freezing in office, so i have told them to get the router/modem now so we can see if it that like soapy said
