you cant register a car as a 'turbo'
its registered as a 2.0 hgt.

just to add, for what its worth, Beau is correct, you cant register it as a turbo, there is nothing on the V5 stating aspiration.
you can update the engine block number IF yours was lucky enough to have one printed on it, mine doesnt.

i've never seen the car in person so i cant honestly say, but based on it being all in good condition then yes, i think its a fair price.

Well it's not a bad price considering what he bought it off me for and how much he has spent getting it to how it stands.
And I think it is reg with the DVLA with the new engine - I enquired and they just asked if the cc had changed, to which it hasn't!

Yeahh, been looking at a few on ebay tbh. Just offered a guy 1500 for an 03 plate sporting and he told me that i got 10 out of 10 for cheek paha!
What insurance group are the mk2 sportings?

well that is quite low lol, you would probably only get a tatty 1999 one for that.
group 6 i think.
check on parkers.
