my clutch cable snapped today so i went to the shop to get one but he said there is two kinds off gear box one is 500 and sumat mm and the other is 700 and sumat mm. my car is seicento sporting arbarth 98. can anyone help thanks

I think there is one type for the 899cc engines and another for the 1100cc.
So you want the 1100cc version.
Sorry I can't remember which is longer.

are they hard to fit? is there 2 parts to it? its the hook that snapped the bit thats near the pas foot well. i had the rac guy doing a temp fit today it got me home but it wont go into gear now. its a bit nackered now lol. cheers

Its one piece, from the passenger foot well to the clutch arm. Taking the nearside wheel and liner off can help access to the bulkhead, other than that, fairly straight forward, if you have universal joints for wrists.

Cheers
