fuel cut off?

hello all, im new to this forum with my newley bought seicento and i was hoping you could help me.
i first had trouble starting my car, and once started got about half a mile before it cut out at trafic lights, i recon that it might be the emergency cut off valve but i dont know where it is. can someone please tell me where it is and what else could have caused the problem.
thanks very much

Emergency cutoff is behind the centre console on the bulkhead, but if this pops the car won't run at all. Could be coils - some can fail and be ok when stone cold but not when hot. Best bet is to get a diagnostic done - shop around for best prices.
