two questions, ones a bit pathetic but needs answering please

The pathetic one first: Where the frig is the windscreen washer bottle? I can't find anything that looks obviously like it and dont want to be pouring water anywhere i fancy.

More serious question: when driving along as soon as you hit about 2500 rpm until 3500 rpm theres an odd rattle which then stops, could this be worn engine mounts?

Cinq sporting BTW

Look behind the driver's side headlight for the washer bottle filler, the bottle is behind the wheel arch liner.

That rattle is around the cento flatspot, possibly when you hit the flatspot its making the engine move hard on the mountings yes, or it's something else, exhaust?

rattle is prolly the cat heat sheild. bend it a bit and it'll shut up. or it might be the rear gearbox mount dropped slightly.

I had terrible difficulty trying to find the washer bottle! Its in a very fiddly place too... I had to make up a coke bottle device to get the fluid in!

washer bottle location on my newly acquired cinq was one of my opening posts on this forum, it was far too much of a girly question coming from a 35 yo bloke!!

and when I filled it .....

water did come out the bottom

but it was just a split pipe
