| Replace fuel filler tube without removing tank? Hi all, I have a leak that I'm pretty sure is the plastic tube that goes from the filler cap to the tank. Anyone know whether this can be changed with the tank staying on the car? Or will I be better off just biting the bullet and removing enough stuff to make room to work in? It's wet and cold and it's dark when I'm not at work, and the tank is 2/3 full, or I would have lain under the car and figured it out for myself by now :-)

| Fehler in alle Teilen | Re: Replace fuel filler tube without removing tank? You'll see the filler tube once you remove the bit of plastic wheelarch liner in front of it. It can be changed without removing the tank, but you will need something to dran the tank as the fuel will spill when you remove the hose.
