(G) your first cinq - what did others think of car choice?

i've always had the pi55 took for my several Centos. Same reason as as above really, but I love em!

bad ass my mate had one at college i wanted from that day forth he had an imola blue and he lives in walsall so if anyon bought a p reg blue lowered tinted alloyed and chipped from a tall bloke in rushall let me know it'd be nice to see the old girl again my bro sed i was mad cos he had one on vehicle lifts and he rekons he couldnt open the door there was that much twist in the body but i couldnt care what anyone thinks its ALMOST as much fun as a bike!!

He's right. jack up a cinq on one of the front jacking points. try opening a door its not as easy as ude expect.

With regards to the original question, i did (and still do) get the odd dig at me. Mainly from my parents and Caz. My mates had an initial laugh until i left them for dead and took them for a ride in it (and that was when it was totally bog standard). They love the car now Main jibes were because of the colour and the size of it (in comparison to the size of me), but it was an improvement over my grannymobile uno!

Try jacking them up on the wishbones, door open and closed no problem.

My mates took the piss too, when the small cars handling had me behind and overtaking them they were amazed!

Oh and they were silenced when with 5 up we sat at 105mph nearly stock trim!

Oh BTW this was on a private runway!

Got a cinq 899 originally just because it was £200 and i needed a car, everyone took the piss out of it but mainly cause it never got washed even after ragging around in a field, and it had 'dirty edition' and 60v quad turbo on the back written in the dirt. To be honest, i really didn't want it, i was one of those pi55-taking b4st4rds before. After getting it though i thought it was ace fun and as soon as i could i started looking for a spoorting, ended up with a Seicento instead but I love it.

Okay I've a Sei not a cinq' but it's a yellow 'cento. My friends and I have always had mutual friendly pi** taking of each other cars, but I think there was a genuine wonder at why I picked the car over tuning my Punto 60 right up till a friend in an A4 1.8T was having to red-line the car to keep up with my Sei on the way back from S'waldon.
