has anyone had any reason to select a certain type of oil or got any good recomendations?

gona do the change later, got the filter yesterday from the boys at FIAT coleraine, probably just go for the usual castrol stuff but was wondering if theres any better ones you use?

I use Millers, seems good.

Youy could of course always go for Selina 20k

i use Comma 15W40 semi syn in my cinq... no point in kick ass oils its a waste of money unless your runnin turbos and highperformance small tollerance internals its more than good enogh just to use the £15 a gallon stuff than the £50. i use good stuff in my bike but only cos its a high performance engine that stuff is £10 a litre happy shopping

10W40 is the recommended grade, and any quality oil will do.

GM have some deals on 5 litre bottles at the moment.
