pm's deleted, basically follow the guide on the forum mate, just dont need to clamp it down. get the whole strut and spring out of the car, compress the springs, loosen top bolt and lift compressed spring out. then put new lovely -40mm spring in place and do up in the right order!

Still to come:- some type of wheels , subtle bodykit??

what do you mean by "compress the springs" ?

basically buy two spring clamps, attach them to the springs. Then wind them up meaning the spring will compress - and when you take the top bolt off the spring will have no tension so wont pop out and whack ya in the face!

Just read the guide. It's a good idea to slacken off (but do not, not, not undo) the top bolt before you take the struts/off the car.
