Yey....DENT...arse

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well was sorting out brake hoses tonight and suspension. All went dead on until the second front suspension was sorted.

As we lowered the front down i suggested placing a block under the wheel to help get the jack out. But my granda said it would be fine and let it down. The jack got stuck, and he asked me to lift gently along the wheel arch to release the jack.

This didnt work, so he said hed give it a try, he went to lift and it was then we both heard the dent.

BIG ARSE DENT IN MY WING. Now, i managed to reach round and push the majority of it out, but there is still a fist sized dent on the rounded bit of the wing. We didnt have time to look at it tonight and wont be able to remove the liner etc until saturday.

Is leaving it going ot make it worse??

And will teh smaller dent push out as easy as the big one (only reaosn we didnt push it out is we couldnt get to it due to arch liner) Any tips on gettin the liner off?

Any help appreciated guys, cheers

You should be able to push it out OK. Just do it gently so you don't crack the paint.

Cheers

Without seeing it in the flesh, difficult to say, but I would guess OK. The metal will have streched a bit so I doubt it will go back perfectly.

Cheers
